These gathering of posts will include the close to 30 items of adornment that I created this summer from the stones that I’ve drilled, many of which I’ve found, and beads that have been collected over the years. they will appear here in the order in which they were created.

Each piece tells the story and carries its own magic. Eons of history, bound into delicate forms to carry and help us remember.

Of fire and moonlight. This stone vessel was constructed around an orb of ocean tumbled stone. From it grows a delicate knotwork basket, and from that grow beads of orbicular, Jasper, desert sands, Jasper, Chiapas Amber, antique carnelian cylinder beads, and green rutile quartz.

Moonlight stone vessel. At the heart of this stone adornment is an ocean tumbled orb, from it grows a delicate knotwork basket and holding this are beads of labradorite and a hand braided cord. At the back is a pull closure, so it is adjustable in length.

A luminous point of amethyst from Uruguay is joined by delicate beads of graded purple fluorite and blue chalcedony . At the back is knot work and they pull-tie closure so it is adjustable and can never fall off.
