Woven on a warp of Black Walnut dyed organic merino wool with a weft of naturally dyed chunky Merino and merino/seacell/silk. The natural dyes used in this piece were Black Walnuts, Cochineal, Marigold, Buckthorn, Sandalwood, Rabbit Brush and Mountain Holly. The gathering of felted fringe is made of Merino. Technicalities – It is 9 inches wide & 66.5 inches around.
