Affinity is a custom piece handwoven on a warp of organic cotton-linen with a weft of hand dyed raw silk. Into the piece were woven designs of three blades of grass, double interlocking rings and a bird in flight. Into the fringe were twined a menagerie of glass, bone, wood, clay and cowrie shell beads.
