Despite the tire blow out on the way, (luckily we had a spare) this mornings black walnut harvesting mission was a success! I also fouls some beautiful witch’s hats (hygrocybe conica), fluted elvin saddles (helvella crispa) and inky caps.

What brings me in from the road. Attachments. I almost always find it hard to return to ‘still’ life after being on the road. My heart still roams, but my body must stay put sometimes.
