mmmm…Shades of Sage.
A few more shades of cochineal.
A myriad of naturally dyed colors on the loom.
My first piece is finished for the collection I am creating for the fiber art show in September. It is one of three sculptural jewelry works that I will have on display. The necklace was created with freeform knotting encasing petrified Dinosaur bone beads and antique African Nickel-Silver beads.
More handwoven Art Yardage from the Moonbow warp.
Weaving with shades of Madder, Sandalwood and Cochineal
Luscious pinks/purples/reds dyed with madder root.
