Loom building – Chiseling mortice joints for the loom frame.
Phase one of building a loom. Milling the wood that we have gathered from auctions and the forrest. The loom is inspired by a Sweedish style loom, customized to a modern weaver. It will be called the Turtleback Loom and all the building plans, one perfected, will be released into the Creative Commons (for free) with the hopes to inspire more people to weave….hence New Tribe Textiles.
